The firm’s DC office is located at the newly renovated and historic Uline Arena. An ice hockey ring and basketball venue in the 1940s, it is also notorious for being the site of the Beatles first American concert - less than 48 hours before they appeared on the Ed Sullivan Show.

The firm’s main operations center is located just across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. A convenient drive from the firm's office in Washington, D.C. as well as from Annapolis and Baltimore, the operations center houses the firm's extensive government contracts and procurement law library, developed and maintained over the course of more than fifty years of practice by the late Donald Holmes and his partners, Travis Pittman, Yuki Haraguchi and Chidinma Okogbue.  The Eastern Shore office also provides ample, quiet space for consultation, team strategizing, and targeted client training sessions on everything from contract management and defective specifications to bid protests and litigating CDA claims.
